Questo su due auto diverse di marche diverse. In compenso mi hanno fatto sostituire pezzi che evidentemente erano sani. Tanto basterebbe per giustificare il voto negativo. Per di più, su appuntamento, ho portato l'auto un venerdì, se non avessi chiamato io martedì nessuno mi avrebbe chiamato per l'esito di una diagnosi... infine chiamo per parlare col responsabile, visto che il lavoro non mi ha risolto il problema, dargli l'opportunità di spiegare, giustificarsi e farmi capire se avevano soluzioni. "la richiamiamo appena rientra" fi-da-ti! Per me è no. I tried L'officina Rava on two occasions. On neither of the two occasions have I solved the fault related to lights on. This on two different cars of different brands. On the other hand, they made me replace pieces that were obviously healthy. That would be enough to justify the negative vote.
