Siamo capitati in questa officina a causa dello scoppio di uno pneumatico del nostro camper e vista la situazioni siamo stati ''costretti" a sostituire due gomme (economiche) alla modifica cifra di 305€. Abbiamo atteso dalle 10 fino alle 14.30 per l'arrivo degli pneumatici e poi ulteriori 2 ore per il montaggio. Lentissimi e per nulla professionali. Very bad experience. We came to this workshop because of the bursting of a tire from our camper and given the situation we were "forced" to replace two tires (cheap) with the change of € 305. We waited from 10 until 14.30 for the arrival of tires and then a further 2 hours for assembly.

Una per info riguardo un intervento alla macchina e l’altro per istallare dispositivo per assicurazione. In entrambi i casi sono stata trattata con scortesia gratuita per telefono e veramente senza nessun motivo. Se potete evitatevi l’esperienza. I have already tried twice to contact this service. One for info regarding an intervention on the machine and the other for installing an insurance device. In both cases I was treated with free discourtesy on the phone and really for no reason. If you can avoid the experience.

In più il rapporto prezzo qualità è veramente ottimo e i titolari e i loro dipendenti sono molto gentili e disponibili. Ve la consiglio. Mi hanno risolto un problema ad una delle auto, dove altri avevano fallito, li ho conosciuti così, e da allora ho iniziato a portare anche l'altra auto. Mi seguono sia la parte meccanica sia le gomme, e sono molto contento del servizio, e della professionalità, cosa oggi molto rara, mantenendo però un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Soddisfattissimo. Ho avuto modo di apprezzare, cosa rara in queste attività, che non si danno arie pur dimostrandosi molto professionali e sempre disponibili anche in caso di emergenza. Infine, il trattamento economico riservato ai clienti trovo sia corretto e sempre proporzionato all'effettivo lavoro svolto. Workshop where I found competence, courtesy and punctuality.
