β β β β β It is great to have an international bookshop in the centre of Rome. They have many languages sections and lots of Italian books too, but the epically unfriendly and unprepared staff deserve mentioning. There was a clear sense that customers should not bother book sellers with questions about books.

β β β β β Big bookstore on 3 levels selling various kinds of books and they also have some english, French and Spanish books upstairs. But not all levels are open these Covid days.

β β β β β The man at the desk was very nice and there is lots of books, but unfortunately they didn't have the one I was looking for.
I asked another employer if he knew where to find another book store but he (very rudely) said he didn't know. Funny, because the street besides was full of book shops.

β β β β β I asked for some change so I could go to the toilet, but didnβt want to give me any without me buying anything. Fair enough. So I bought something and asked for particular coins in the change. The cashier gave me the incorrect coins and when I pointed it out she completely ignored me despite knowing that I needed particular coins and then closed the till again. Luckily a customer was happy to help out. Terrible customer service.

β β β β β Near the train station is a relatively large bookstore. There is a type of book inside. Although not so big, so much. At least ok. The bookstore has three floors. One of the places where Xiao Qiang was waiting for the train.
