★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È venuto il tecnico a casa e andando via mi ha detto che mi avrebbe richiamato, ma non l'ha mai fatto, ho richiamato io la mattina dopo mi sviavano sempre dicendo che mi avrebbero richiamato loro e non l'hanno mai fatto, alla fine ho dovuto chiamare un'altra azienda pur di non rimanere senza acqua calda. Veramente poco professionali. Evitate.
The technician came home and on leaving he told me he would call me back, but he never did, I called back the next morning they always misled me saying they would call me back and they never did, in the end I had to call another company in order not to run out of hot water. Really unprofessional. Avoid.
