★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burocrazia ridicola, se devi fare un reclamo devi passare sopra 5 persone e forse ti ascoltano. Fanno prima a sostituirti che a dare ascolto alle tue giuste richieste. Poco innovativa, mentalità aziendale tarata negli anni 90. Vige il favoritismo, poca uguaglianza, esigenti fino al ridicolo in certi aspetti. Testa bassa quando un capetto di turno parla (atteggiamenti poco professionali). Pressione in produzione altrimenti sei fuori. Postazioni di lavoro scomode, poca collaborazione per i nuovi arrivati ma primi nel lamentarsi con te. Incidenti presenti nonostante abbiamo un cartello con su scritto "0 incidenti in 20 anni" ma dove? Rapporto umano con i dipendenti: 1/5
Ridiculous bureaucracy, if you have to make a complaint you have to pass over 5 people and maybe they listen to you. They replace you first than listen to your just requests. Not very innovative, corporate mentality calibrated in the 90s. Favoritism applies, little equality, demanding to the point of ridicule in certain aspects. Head down when a boss on duty speaks (unprofessional attitudes). Pressure in production otherwise you are out. Uncomfortable workstations, little cooperation for newcomers but first in complaining to you. Accidents present although we have a sign that says "0 accidents in 20 years" but where? Human relationship with employees: 1/5
