★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo affidati alla Borgonovo Arredamenti per arredare casa nuova (ristrutturata) su suggerimento di una nostra amica.
E dobbiamo dire che ci ha indirizzato proprio bene?
Il professionista che ci ha seguito durante l'intero percorso (che possiamo assicurare non essere stato breve, considerando che il primo incontro lo abbiamo avuto a lavori in casa non ancora iniziati) si chiama Thomas, davvero molto competente, gentile ed anche paziente!
E' stato molto bravo ad indirizzarci nelle numerose scelte che comunque un'operazione del genere comporta, per di piu' considerando la contestuale ristrutturazione in corso.
Mobili da bagno, per la camera matrimoniale, soggiorno (divani anche, molto belli), cucine, sedie, dalla Borgonovo abbiamo trovato davvero molte soluzioni per tutti i locali, e tutte molto valide.
Thomas e' stato davvero abile ad indirizzarci tra le varie possibili soluzioni. Quando la scelta e' ampia, e quando tutte le scelte sono valide, vi posso assicurare che non e' facile muoversi.
Se poi aggiungiamo che nel mentre c'e' un cantiere che avanza, diventa molto difficile ...
La figura di un professionista che ti aiuta nelle varie scelte, ti indirizza, e' davvero molto importante.
Nella Borgonovo abbiamo trovato delle persone molto competenti e sempre disponibili che ci hanno accompagnato dalla stesura del primo rendering alle modalita' di pagamento.
La raccomandiamo sicuramente, sia che occorra un singolo articolo, sia che ci sia da arredare piu' di un locale.

 We relied on Borgonovo Arredamenti to furnish a new (renovated) house at the suggestion of a friend of ours.
And we have to say that it addressed us really well?
The professional who followed us throughout the entire journey (which we can assure has not been short, considering that the first meeting we had at home work not yet started) is called Thomas, really very competent, kind and also patient!
He was very good at directing us to the numerous choices that anyway such an operation entails, moreover considering the contextual restructuring underway.
Bathroom furniture, for the master bedroom, living room (sofas too, very beautiful), kitchens, chairs, from Borgonovo we have really found many solutions for all rooms, and all very valid.
Thomas was really able to direct us among the various possible solutions. When the choice is wide, and when all the choices are valid, I can assure you that it is not easy to move.
If we add that in the meantime there is a building site that is progressing, it becomes very difficult ...
The figure of a professional who helps you in the various choices, directs you, is really very important.
In Borgonovo we found very competent and always available people who accompanied us from the drafting of the first rendering to the payment methods.
We definitely recommend it, whether you need a single item, or if there is more than one room to furnish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo ritrovati in questo negozio per puro caso. Io e mio marito dovevamo arredare casa, partendo da zero a seguito di alcuni lavori fatti.
Siamo stati seguiti da Thomas.
In pochissimo tempo si è creato il giusto feeling che ha permesso a lui di capire cosa stavamo cercando e a noi di affidarci completamente alla sua esperienza.
Siamo usciti da li completamente soddisfatti di quanto acquistato e del trattamento ricevuto. Spesso le grandi catene (specchietti per allodole) ti abbindolano con prezzi stracciati ma facendo passare in secondo piano la qualità di quanto venduto e l'attenzione al dettaglio.
Un negozio a misura di persona dove l'acquisto sembra passare in secondo piano e la felicità del cliente è la cosa fondamentale.
Seguiti in tutto e per tutto, dalla progettazione al montaggio.
Thomas ha reso possibile quello che per me e mio marito era inizialmente un sogno.
Consegna rapida e puntuale! (cosa per noi fondamentale)
Altra nota di merito è legata alla professionalità dei montatori che si sono dimostrati impeccabili!!
E' sicuramente il posto che fa per voi se siete alla ricerca di una realtà a misura d'uomo dove la qualità e la professionalità la fanno da padrone.

We found ourselves in this shop by accident. My husband and I had to furnish the house, starting from scratch following some work done.
We were looked after by Thomas.
In a very short time the right feeling was created that allowed him to understand what we were looking for and us to rely completely on his experience.
We left there completely satisfied with what we purchased and the treatment received. Often the big chains (mirrors for larks) deceive you with bargain prices but overshadowing the quality of what is sold and attention to detail.
A shop tailored to people where the purchase seems to take second place and the customer's happiness is the fundamental thing.

Thomas made possible what my husband and I initially dreamed of.
