I bought a tent opening the box it turns out that it was in very bad condition. we asked for compensation but it was refused. not recommended

I tempi di consegna sono stati rispettati. Il lavoro di montaggio è stato impeccabile. I bought a motorized retractable awning, taking advantage of the discount on the invoice. I was followed in the bureaucratic phase in an excellent way. Delivery times were respected. The assembly work was flawless.

Gli addetti hanno preso le misure sbagliate e durante l'installazione si sono accorti di non avere una tenda quindi sono rimasta un mese in più in attesa della tenda ordinata. Mi è stato detto che erano detraibili e scopro l'anno successivo che non sono detraibili. Scoprendo poi che la ditta poteva aiutarmi ad avere una differente detrazione ma non me lo ha comunicato. Ed alla fine dei conti quando piove mi entra l'acqua da sotto le tende. Non potrei dare più di una stella ma potessi darmi di meno lo farei. Visto che non si può rispondere alla risposta del proprietario posso aggiungere qui che la comunicazione non è stata chiara fin dall'inizio. Direi anche falsa e tendenziosa. Per poi scoprire dopo come stavano le cose. Il lavoro è stato fatto male e quando è stato chiesto di rimediare alle perdite mi sono stati chiesti altri soldi.Se proprio volessimo ambire all irrealizzabile, è una caratteristica che non cercheremmo in una tenda da sole.. ma la normale richiesta di sincerità, chiarezza, precisione e SOPRATTUTTO cortesia sì.. sono per noi SCONTATE E ALLA PORTATA DI CHIUNQUE VOGLIA OFFRIRLA, e non sono state assolutamente soddisfatte. I had curtains installed that created a veranda in my porch. The staff took the wrong measurements and during installation they realized that they did not have a tent so I stayed an extra month waiting for the tent ordered. I was told they were deductible and I discover the following year they are not deductible. Then discovering that the company could help me to have a different deduction but did not communicate it to me. And in the end, when it rains, water enters me from under the tents. I couldn't give more than one star but if I could give myself less I would. Since the owner's response cannot be answered I can add here that the communication was not clear from the start. I would also say false and biased. To find out later how things were. The job was done badly and when I was asked to make up for the losses I was asked for more money.If we really wanted to aim for the unattainable, it is a feature that we would not look for in an awning ... but the normal request for sincerity, clarity , accuracy and ESPECIALLY courtesy yes .. they are for us DISCOUNTED AND WITHIN THE REACH OF ANYONE WHO WANTS TO OFFER IT, and they were absolutely not satisfied.

Progettazione, rilievi, installazione sono avvenuti così rapidamente da stupirci, ammetto che non ne ho fatto una questione di prezzo (pertanto non saprei fare paragoni) io mi ritengo estremamente soddisfatto. la soluzione inoltre arreda molto l'esterno di casa abbellendolo facendo la differenza we needed a solution that would help us have more privacy with a wooden fence / windbreak in front of our house. Design, surveys, installation took place so quickly as to surprise us, I admit that I did not make it a question of price (therefore I would not know how to make comparisons) I am extremely satisfied. the solution also furnishes a lot of the outside of the house, embellishing it making the difference
