L	Lucia Gasparini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentilissimo ma purtroppo la doccia era tutta ammuffita e il lavandino appena arrivata era sporco. La colazione prevedeva solo prodotti confezionati e per i miei gusti non molto invitanti. Comunque per una trasferta di lavoro va bene. Peccato perché davvero il personale è molto ospitale. Very friendly staff but unfortunately the shower was all moldy and the sink just arrived was dirty. The breakfast included only packaged products and for my not very tempting flavors. However, for a business trip okay. Too bad really because the staff is very hospitable.

La struttura presenta alcuni arredi datati, ma con ampia possibilità di miglioramento. C'è un comodo parcheggio interno. Abbiamo apprezzato la trattoria attigua che ci ha permesso di cenare in modo soddisfacente. We were greeted in a very courteous manner and made to sit in a very large and quiet room. The property has some dated furnishings, but with ample room for improvement. There is a convenient internal parking. We enjoyed the adjoining restaurant which allowed us to dine satisfactorily.
A	Anna Di Donato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io penso che il cliente debba essere coccolato quando si trova in una struttura ricettiva....In questo posto l'accoglienza non è stata delle migliori...personale poco affabile, camera appena sufficiente con scarsa pulizia anche nelle zone comuni (ragnatele e polvere ovunque) ma la chicca è stato il momento della colazione..neanche un buongiorno, attesa di mezz'ora e la titolare che si giustifica dicendo di essere andata a letto tardi e quindi si è svegliata tardi perché è domenica....Non ho parole,davvero una delusione dato che si trattava anche di un cofanetto smartbox (tra l'altro nella brochure c'era l'immagine di un borgo che non corrispondeva a realtà) Nonostante questo almeno al ristorante si è mangiato abbastanza bene! I think that the customer should be pampered when he is in an accommodation facility .... In this place the welcome was not the best ... unfriendly staff, just enough room with poor cleaning even in the common areas (cobwebs and dust everywhere) but the gem was breakfast time ... not even a good morning, waiting for half an hour and the owner justifies herself by saying that she went to bed late and then woke up late because it's Sunday .... Not I have words, really a disappointment since it was also a smartbox (among other things in the brochure there was an image of a village that did not correspond to reality) Despite this at least the restaurant ate quite well!

Di una scomodità senza senso.... I stayed here one night! Impossible to wash, dirty shower, indescribable ... separate beds, joined to make them double! Of a senseless inconvenience ....

Ottima posizione sulla statale tra Alba e Bra ma anche essendo in statale le stanze sono ben insonorizzate e si è dormito bene. Lo consigliamo come punto strategico per la visita nel Roero e per poi per proseguire in altre mete. Luca e Antonella Friendly, hospitable and helpful staff. Excellent location on the state road between Alba and Bra but even being on the state road the rooms are well soundproofed and we slept well. We recommend it as a strategic point for visiting the Roero and then to continue to other destinations. Luca and Antonella

Si et donen una habitació prop de l'entrada sentiràs molt soroll, del "menjador", dels cotxes i camions que passen per la carretera i fins i tot d'un billar que esta al costat de les habitacions i que quan algu hi juga no pares de sentir el soroll de les boles. Les habitacions tenen humitats i l'esmorzar és molt limitat, únicament iogurt, fruita, croissant, mermelada o napolitana, res de pa amb pernil o formatge ni res calent, ni mantega... L'hotel diu que es 3 estrelles però en absolut ho és... La nevera de l'habitació no funcionava i la netedad no és el punt fort... I do not recommend this hotel at all. If you are given a room near the entrance you will hear a lot of noise, the "dining room", the cars and trucks passing by on the road and even a billiard table that is next to the rooms and that when someone plays there parents to hear the noise of the balls. The rooms are humid and the breakfast is very limited, only yogurt, fruit, croissant, jam or Neapolitan, no bread with ham or cheese or anything hot or butter ... The hotel says it is 3 stars but not at all it is ... The fridge in the room did not work and the cleanliness is not the strong point ...
B	Ben Broke-Smith (String Theory Garage) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly owner, watched us eat breakfast which was nice. Rooms were big and clean, nothing really good or bad to say. Went to have a wee in the lobby toilet before leaving, were greeted by a stray cat in the sink. Saw the funny side, added character to the hotel.
