Il proprietario Carlo è una persona davvero carina e sorridente e prepara dei cocktail incredibili per tutti i gusti, provare il Kraken Mojito una specialità! L'aperitivo è ottimo! Con prodotti locali e stuzzichini davvero fantasiosi e per niente banali! Non potete non provarlo, anche post cena perché come già detto i cocktail sono da paura!! Complimenti davvero I doubt there is better than this in the aperitif area! Consiglio di gustare anche i panini e gli aperitivi, che sono anch'essi eccezionali e fatti con ottime materie prime. Staff gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo! Very nice and suggestive place in the heart of Diamante's alleys. The cocktails are outstanding and well made. I also recommend enjoying the sandwiches and aperitifs, which are also exceptional and made with excellent raw materials. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Il proprietario è persona riservata e cordiale in grado di interpretare al meglio le esigenze dei clienti; se volete consigli sul vino rivolgetevi tranquillamente a lui. Un consiglio? Il tagliere accompagnato da un buon bicchiere di vino. Aggiornamento del 16.08.2021 - locale sconsigliato se vedete tavoli occupati oltre il 70%... ieri esperienza non positiva. Con circa 10 tavoli occupati, attese interminabili (oltre 1,5 ore x 3 taglieri), personale stressato e poco cortese (a semplici e sommesse richieste di tempi previsti dopo 1h e 1,5 h di attesa non si può rispondere con un "ci vuole il tempo che ci vuole" oppure "noi stiamo lavorando..."). Anche il consigliato tagliere era meno ricco e con fritture fredde. Alla fine non erano ancora arrivati i 2 panini dei ragazzi e quindi annullati. Consiglio: andateci quando c'è poca gente e... occhio allo scontrino! Soft atmosphere and excellent products. Quality and typical cured meats and cheeses. The potatoes are also excellent. The cutting board accompanied by a good glass of wine. Update of 16.08.2021 - place not recommended if you see tables occupied more than 70% ... yesterday not positive experience. With about 10 tables occupied, interminable waits (over 1.5 hours x 3 cutting boards), stressed and unkind staff (simple and subdued requests for expected times after 1h and 1.5 h of waiting cannot be answered with a " takes the time it takes "or" we are working ... "). Even the recommended cutting board was less rich and with cold fries. In the end the 2 sandwiches of the boys had not yet arrived and therefore canceled. Tip: go there when there are few people and ... watch the receipt!

Personale professionale e disponibile, proprietario gentile, competente e amante del proprio lavoro. Abbiamo preso un ottimo negroni e americano con la formula apericena con un magnifico tagliere con tutto e di più di ottima qualità. Consiglio vivamente. A prestissimo... Beautiful cocktail bar, located in a strategic point of Diamante in the historic center with a view of a glimpse of the sea. Professional and helpful staff, kind owner, knowledgeable and lover of their work. We took an excellent Negroni and American with the aperitif formula with a magnificent cutting board with everything and more of excellent quality. I highly recommend. See you soon...
