Il macellaio è gentile e competente sa darti sempre ottimi consigli. Ho provato anche il riso ed è ottimo, hanno anche una buona scelta di formaggi (molti di una cascina vicina, cose buone e di qualità) e una buona scelta di salumi. Parcheggio davanti al negozio, entrate nel cancello girate a destra e ci siete. Raccomandatissimo. Here the meat is spatial, and the farm can be visited. Ho provato anche il loro riso Carnaroli semi integrale e anche quello è molto buono. Consiglio questo luogo. Il signore, credo sia il proprietario, è stato gentilissimo e ci ha spiegato le differenze delle carni. Ci torneremo presto. Excellent farmhouse of organic beef.
