Sono nel paesino di mio padre per passare del tempo con la mia famiglia, vado con mio cugino poco prima del l’orario di chiusura per comprare dei biglietti direzione bologna. Un altezzoso ragazzino con fretta di chiudere e senza alcuna passione e necessità di lavorare mi tratta malissimo dicendomi di essermi svegliato tardi... roba da matti, un ragazzino senza alcuna educazione nei confronti di clienti e sopratutto gente più vecchia di lui. La fortuna di essere nato con la camicia sudata da altri, in bocca al lupo ??
A terrifying experience. I am in my father's village to spend time with my family, I go with my cousin just before closing time to buy tickets towards Bologna. A haughty little boy in a hurry to close and without any passion and need to work treats me very badly by telling me that I woke up late ... crazy stuff, a boy without any education towards customers and especially people older than him. The luck of being born with a shirt sweaty by others, good luck ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata per fare dei biglietti... Ma era chiusa quando sul sito mi dava agenzia aperta. Tutto che non funziona, dai pullman sempre in ritardo ai servizi. Poca professionalità. Al nord dovrebbero lavorare.
I went to get some tickets ... But it was closed when the site gave me open agency. Everything that doesn't work, from the always late buses to the services. Little professionalism. In the north they should work.
