Appartamento con infissi montati da loro 3 anni fa, svariati problemi mai risolti, ogni volta che li chiamiamo si presentano dopo mesi, osservano i lavori da fare, dicono che torneranno e non si fanno piu sentire. Continuiamo ad avere gli stessi problemi, sconsigliato!! Strongly not recommended !! Ho dovuto chiamare 2 professionisti per sigillare le porte, acquistare il materiale che non mi ha lasciato e sostenendo che era un lavoro a regola d'arte .... Che delusione, si era presentato bene ed era stato professionale all'inizio, poi, facendogli semplicemente notare che doveva passare a finire i lavori, si è offeso dicendomi che ero stato arrogante ... Caro Sig. Bonini, le consiglierei di essere un pochino più autocritico e spero che non tratti così tutti i suoi clienti ... Dopo 6 mesi dalla mia mail dove le chiedevo scusa se l'avevo offesa con la mia mail dove indicavo semplicemente i lavori da finire è solo riuscito a rifare un sopralluogo sminuendo i vari lavori da eseguire per finire il lavoro iniziato. Sarei stato disposto a saldarle il NON dovuto pur di finire i lavori, ma la sua indisponenza mi ha fatto ripiegare su un nuovo Professionista (con la P maiuscola non a caso) che, con grande fatica e aggiustamenti del suo sommario lavoro ha sistemato le sue mancanze. NON consigliate a nessuno questa impresa ... mi dispiace solo che non si possono dare Zero stelle!! They left me with the job half-finished demanding to get paid before I finish the job. After 6 months from my e-mail where I apologized if I had offended her with my e-mail where I simply indicated the work to be finished, she only managed to redo an inspection by diminishing the various work to be performed to finish the work started. I would have been willing to pay her the NOT due in order to finish the work, but her annoyance made me fall back on a new Professional (with a capital P not by chance) who, with great effort and adjustments of his summary work, has fixed his shortcomings. DO NOT recommend this enterprise to anyone ... I am only sorry that it cannot be given Zero stars !!
