Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto sia per l'ottima qualità dei prodotti sia per la professionalità e competenza che mettono al servizio del cliente. Puntualissimi nelle consegne e soprattutto si avvalgono di operai altamente specializzati e professionali. Chiamo ripetutamente, mi dicono che non è un difetto di fabbrica, che si può riparare con € 125. mi faranno sapere loro quando porterla sistemare. Chiamo e richiamo, mi rifiutano chiamate e non rispondono, dopo 3 mi dicono che non la possono sistemare perchè essendo una porta in vetro è rischioso perchè si può rompere. l'unica soluzione è mandarla in azienda con un costo di 350€. A questo punto metterò l'avvocato diffidando questa Azienda poco seria. La sconsiglio vivamente They show up to repair a door they bought, they don't repair it, they break it further, they tell me this is a factory defect, we call it back when the company replies. I call repeatedly, they tell me that it is not a factory defect, which can be repaired with € 125. They will let me know when to take it to be fixed. I call and call back, they refuse me calls and do not answer, after 3 they tell me that they cannot fix it because being a glass door it is risky because it can break. the only solution is to send it to the company at a cost of € 350. At this point I will put the lawyer wary of this not very serious company. I strongly advise against it
