I proprietari sono molto cordiali e soprattutto nei momenti di meno calca, è possibile fare due chiacchiere con loro. Una meta stra consigliata per chi vuole assaggiare qualcosa di diverso dai soliti arrosticini. I prezzi sono appunto più alti della media, giustificati in teoria dalla qualità del cibo e del servizio offerto. Posso recensire soltanto la focaccia, in quanto nel mio tavolo abbiamo consumato esclusivamente diversi tipi della stessa. I ripieni erano sì di qualità, lo stesso non si può dire per quanto riguarda la focaccia in se, considerabile mediocre e che non rende giustizia alla farcitura. Un piccolo grande appunto alla gestione: L'idea di offrire le eccellenze abruzzesi è ammirevole, aggiungerei una sola caratteristica della nostra splendida regione che non avete fatto vostra: l'ospitalità. Il personale si è presentato considerevolmente scortese e scocciato, sembrava quasi ti stesse facendo un favore. Il cibo di per sè meriterebbe una valutazione al massimo di 3 stelle per il rapporto qualità/prezzo, ma trattandosi di un locale che lavora a stretto contatto con le persone, non si può evitare di valutare anche il servizio. Un sorriso, un saluto ed un grazie dovrebbero essere le basi per il rapporto con un cliente. È un bistrot curato nei dettagli per come è arredato e soprattutto per la scelta degli alimenti che vengono serviti o è possibile acquistare. Fornitori a maggioranza locale di prodotti di qualità. Si mangia bene e ovviamente la qualità si paga. Nonostante ciò, difficilmente ci si alza insoddisfatti. Personale davvero cordiale e preparato. Attento ai propri clienti. Parcheggi presenti lungo la strada antistante ma facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Locale da provare se si passa per Pineto. The name makes and clearly explains the idea of what this place is. C'è poco da dire: il cibo che c'è in Italia è favoloso, ogni regione ha il suo e anche l'Abruzzo si difende bene. Inoltre la cosa carina è che spesso collaborano con la birreria di fronte! This summer we were staying in Pineto during our holidays, so some of our friends who live here took us to this pleasant place. There is little to say: the food in Italy is fabulous, each region has its own and even Abruzzo defends itself well. Also the nice thing is that they often collaborate with the brewery opposite!
