Dopo 3 settimane, serratura nuova, si è rotta di nuovo. I had to change a magnetic lock because it was broken, it turned empty and the door obviously remained open (the bathroom door). After 3 weeks, a new lock broke again.

Ho dovuto spostare la chiave dalla parte opposta. Bad quality. When my door closes due to a gust of wind, the lock jams and I can no longer enter the corridor. Serrature difettose in quanto si bloccano ( i miei bimbi sono rimasti chiusi in camera) e non sostituibili perché fuori produzione malgrado acquistate 4 anni fa. Le dimensioni di costruzione della serratura sono particolari quindi non sostituibili con altre. Sono costretto a sostituire le porte, stavolta con serrature di altro costruttore. L'azienda risponde al telefono che purtroppo non hanno serrature idonee al mio incasso/fessura sul legno. Spese su spese su spese. Unfortunately bad experience with magnetic locks. Faulty locks as they get stuck (my kids stayed in the room) and not replaceable because they were discontinued despite being purchased 4 years ago. The construction dimensions of the lock are particular therefore not replaceable with others. I am forced to replace the doors, this time with locks from another manufacturer. The company answers the phone which unfortunately does not have locks suitable for my recess / slot on the wood. Expenses on expenses on expenses.

La prima volta si è bloccata dopo che è stata girata la chiave mentre la seconda volta si è bloccata solamente accostando la porta. In tutto questo c'era una signora che è rimasta chiusa dentro la stanza per tutta la notte. Abbiamo questo tipo di serratura in tutte le sette porte della casa. Ora ci troviamo costretti a cambiarle tutte quante per evitare che ricapiti questa brutta esperienza. Consiglio a chi si è trovato nella nostra stessa situazione di applicare un lubrificante spray all'interno della serratura. Bad experience with the magnetic lock: it got stuck twice within a few hours. The first time it got stuck after the key was turned while the second time it got stuck only when the door was closed. In all of this there was a lady who remained locked inside the room all night. We have this type of lock on all seven doors in the house. Now we are forced to change them all to prevent this bad experience from happening again. I recommend to anyone who has been in the same situation as us to apply a spray lubricant inside the lock.

Altra brutta esperienza questa mattina (Sabato), altra serratura si guasta in camera con bimbo dentro. La maniglia ruota ma non apre, meccanismo interno alla serratura nero spaccato. Danes sem kupil eno ključavnico tipa Smart in je super. Hello. After 3 years I have to replace all the magnetic Twin locks because they are very loud and cracking when opened. I wake up all the family members at night. I bought one Smart type lock today and it is great.
