Alla domanda perché non siamo stati avvisati la signorina risponde che non sa cosa dirci,la rappresentante che non sa come giustificarsi perché a sua volta nessuno la avvisata.Nel nostro caso avevamo dato una seconda possibilità ma non c'è stato margine di miglioramento. Seriously incompetent, late with deliveries they do not call back to say that ordered product that was previously available was finished leaving us in serious difficulty. When asked why we have not been notified, the young lady replies that she does not know what to tell us, the representative who does not know how to justify herself because no one has warned her.

Non vi fate ingannare!nonostante ho rifiutato perché la fattura ed i prezzi non tornavano mi hanno inviato 2 volte la consegna. Costretta ad accettare! Mi sono rivolta all'Associazione dei Consumatori. mai subito una cosa del genere! Absolutely to avoid: 800.00 and for 4 cardboard boxes of very low quality and unusable! What a useless waste! Dimenticavo , di una misura sono sono arrivate solo le scatole, così adesso ho meno scatole rispetto ai vassoi che arriveranno visto che sono passate due settimane , ma non sono ancora arrivati!!!Ovviamente il corriere non da la possibilità di visionare la merce se prima non la paghi!!!!!!!!Che servizio di......... come tutte le cose, puoi avere anche un buon prodotto , ma se per averlo poi devo passare le miei giornate al telefono , credo ci saranno altre soluzioni!!!!!!! Due anni fa,avendo avanzato 300 confezioni natalizie anonime,le ho riportate in ditta (giustamente a mie spese) x far stampare il logo di un cliente. Me le hanno rispedite facendomi pagare sia la stampa,che la scatola già pagata in precedenza. E il rappresentante che prima diceva che ci avrebbe pensato lui,poi non si degna neanche di rispondere al telefono.
