★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi servo da diversi mesi da loro e dopo aver fatto notare che le capsule dolce e gusto esplodono mi hanno chiesto di portarle in negozio per verificare il difetto. Una volta portate non l'hanno nemmeno guardate dando la colpa alla mia macchinetta. Speravo in un servizio migliore ma non c'è stato.
Rispondo al commento qua sotto,
Io al momento dell'ultimo acquisto ho presentato il problema ,la commessa mi ha rassicurato dicendomi che era stato cambiato il fornitore e che se sarebbe successo nuovamente di tornare con le capsule rotte. Nella busta c'erano una scatola intera con una macchia di caffè,3 capsule rotte e 4 confezioni sigillate da 10 capsule. È buffo che sapeva cosa c'era dentro la busta visto che non ha voluto vedere niente. Se poi volete cercare le more di gennaio vi accontento ma sicuramente il vostro servizio è e rimarrà pessimo. In the bag were a whole box with a coffee stain, 3 broken capsules and 4 sealed packs of 10 capsules. It's funny that he knew what was inside the envelope since he didn't want to see anything. And if you want to look for blackberries in January, I will satisfy you but surely your service is and will remain very bad. Yours sincerely
