Lo stesso giorno, come promesso, hanno chiamato e segnalato un risultato negativo. Ma! I risultati dei test per e-mail sono ancora in attesa da venerdì. E 'Lunedi'. Attenzione a tutte quelle persone che hanno bisogno di un documento ufficiale sul risultato. Preparatevi ad aspettare a lungo. E caro il personale del laboratorio, le persone fanno le analisi non di interesse al minimo, probabilmente è logico supporre che il documento è necessario ottenere una persona in tempo, ad esempio per attraversare il confine, è necessario fresca, il risultato delle analisi non più di 48-72 ore. Trovo che il servizio in questo caso sia disgustoso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Sconsiglio vivamente a tutti. Attesa da mezzora e poi. Per un esame che sarebbe pronto in giornata di oggi, venerdì (chiesto espressamente quando sarà pronto !!) ricevo l'avviso che devo aspettare lunedì ! Perso sia tempo sia soldi. Assolutamente da evitare.

Il servizio è stato svolto professionalmente ed il personale ha reso il prelievo piacevole nonostante la mia naturale avversione agli aghi. Tornerò certamente in caso di necessità e raccomando caldamente questa struttura.
