★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 23 luglio 2021 mi sono recato per un' urgenza, quindi senza appuntamento. L' operatrice è riuscita comunque a trovare 10min per aiutarmi. E aggiungo che ho usufruito dei loro servizi anche in passato e si sono sempre dimostrati professionali.
 Today 23 July 2021 I went for an emergency, so without an appointment. The operator still managed to find 10min to help me. And I add that I have used their services in the past too and they have always proved professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per un cambio di residenza è un odissea , il telefono perennemente staccato . Chiamo da giorni senza nessun risultato ,inviato varie email e lo stesso risultato . Se si chiama qualsiasi altro ufficio dicono che l'unico modo e chiamate questo numero o mandare una email. Insomma direi che come efficenza è meglio che chiudano comunque e come se non esistesse. Vergognatevi!!!!!!
For a change of residence it is an odyssey, the telephone perpetually off the hook. I have been calling for days without any results, sent several emails and the same result. If you call any other office they say the only way and call this number or send an email. In short, I would say that for efficiency it is better that they close anyway and as if it did not exist. Shame on you!!!!!!
