Dopo numerosi solleciti di invio o restituzione del denaro pagato, il titolare mi risponde: "quale gazebo?" e poi si dilegua nuovamente non rispondendo alle email e alle chiamate... Non ho parole, incredibilmente vergognoso, NON ACQUISTATE DA QUESTO SITO!!!!!!
I bought a gazebo last year (€ 235.00) and I'm still waiting for it. No gazebo, no money back even if I phoned many times and sent hundreds of emails. Last reply of Mr. Daniele was "which gazebo are you talking?" No words left, except from DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEB SITE!!!!
 I bought a gazebo last year for € 235.00 and it hasn't arrived yet. After numerous reminders to send or return the money paid, the owner replies: "which gazebo?" and then vanishes again by not responding to emails and calls ... I have no words, incredibly shameful, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche io confermo che è una Esperienza Pessima! una vera e propria truffa! ti dicono che non sono disponibili quelli che hai scelto e chiedono di scegliere un altro modello e continuano con false promesse con lo scopo di continuare a rimandare non risolvono nulla. Non rispondono né sul telefono fisso né sul cellulare e dopo tanto tempo ancora nulla! E' TRUFFA , NON COMPRATE , NON COMPRATE , NON COMPRATE. SONO LAAAADRI

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, mi hanno inviato la merce rotta e manomessa, ho chiamato per chiedere la sostituzione e mi hanno detto che dovevo prendermela con la ditta che ha fatto la spedizione ? che non era un loro problema. Ho insistito parecchie volte e stranamente, le mie telefonate non entravano, provando con altri numeri, invece si rispondevano, come se avessero bloccato i miei telefoni. Ho mandato email, ma hanno bloccato il mio indirizzo di posta, mi appariva il messaggio “utente bloccato” e “indirizzo di posta bloccato”. Ho scritto con altri account non miei e cosi le mail non tornavano indietro. Finalmente, dopo tante insistenze hanno accettato di inviarmi la merce che mi è arrivata rotta e.... hanno inviato merce sbagliata!!! Vi rendete conto? Dovevo fare un regalo, e il completo era spaiato!
Adesso i rifiutano di cambiarla e addirittura dicono che “mi hanno fatto un favore” perché non avevano l’obbligo, di cambiami niente. Ho ricevuto messaggi da parte loro che preferisco non commentare in questa sede perché saranno presentati davanti all’autorità competente. Ho chiesto a Bollicine Store di rimborsarmi i soldi e che io avrei spedito tutta la merce, anche i cocci se li volevano, ma si sono rifiutati. Dicono che prima io spedisco la merce e poi mi danno i soldi ma, come si può facilmente capire, sono comportati in modo cosi scorretto e poco professionale che non mi fido di loro. Rischio di essere presa in giro ancora. E dire che si trattava di un ordine di meno di 50 euro !!! Figuriamoci! Cadere cosi in basso per meno di 50 euro… cosi poco vale la loro reputazione???
Bad experience, they sent me the broken and tampered goods, I called to ask for the replacement and they told me that I had to take it out on the company that made the shipment? that was not their problem. I insisted several times and strangely, my phone calls didn't come in, trying with other numbers, instead they answered each other, as if they had blocked my phones. I sent emails, but they blocked my email address, the message "user blocked" and "blocked email address" appeared to me. I wrote with other accounts that weren't mine and so the emails didn't come back. Finally, after so many insistence they agreed to send me the goods that arrived to me broken and ... they sent the wrong goods !!! Do you realize that? I had to make a gift, and the suit was mismatched!
Now they refuse to change it and even say that they "did me a favor" because they had no obligation to change anything. I have received messages from them that I prefer not to comment on here because they will be presented to the competent authority. I asked Bollicine Store to repay my money and I would have sent all the goods, even the pieces if they wanted them, but they refused. They say that first I send the goods and then they give me the money but, as you can easily understand, they behave so unfairly and unprofessionally that I don't trust them. Risk of being teased again. And to say that it was an order of less than 50 euros !!! Yeah, right! To fall so low for less than 50 euros ... so little is their reputation worth ??
