I prodotti sono forse di ottima qualita, ma il servizio lascia a desiderare. Tempo fa, (da premettere prima volta nel negozio) chiesi se fosse disponibile uno specifico prodotto e la risposta fu "é scritto sul prodotto. Non l'hai visto sullo scaffale?". Dopo di che, il cortese MR Bolle Blue di Sapone, si é traquillamente rimesso a scrivere e parlare al telefono come se nulla fosse. Credo che un minuito per dare delle indicazioni non sia una richiesta fuori dalla norma. Un negozio prevede un'assistenza al cliente.

The products may be of excellent quality, but the service leaves something to be desired. Some time ago, (to be premised first time in the shop) I asked if a specific product was available and the answer was "it's written on the product. Didn't you see it on the shelf?". After that, the courteous MR Bolle Blue from Sapone quietly resumed writing and talking on the phone as if nothing had happened. I believe that a minute to give directions is not an out of the ordinary request. A store provides customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata oggi in questa profumeria perché sapevo essere molto fornita anche se dista da casa mia 35 km. Effettivamente l'assortimento era fantastico ma è stato spiacevole non poter provare niente perché non era presente nemmeno un tester, quindi tanto vale acquistare in bioprofumerie online dove perlomeno sono sempre presenti sconti. Fra l'altro proprietario molto scortese, seguiva ogni passo che facevo manco fossi una ladra.
I went to this perfumery today because I knew I was very well stocked even though it is 35 km from my home. Indeed, the assortment was fantastic but it was unpleasant not to be able to try anything because there was not even a tester present, so we might as well buy online bioprofumerie where at least there are always discounts. Among other things, very rude owner, he followed every step I took even if I were a thief.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio molto fornito ma non in una buona posizione per il parcheggio con macchina, essendo in una zona del centro fiorentino soggetta a ZTL.
Da migliorare l'attenzione al cliente e il rispetto degli orari di apertura del negozio. Mi è capitato nel corso degli anni di trovare più volte il negozio chiuso in orari in cui era indicato aperto(da orari segnalati dal proprietario sia su Google che sulla porta del negozio).
A well-stocked shop but not in a good position for parking with a car, being in an area of the center of Florence subject to ZTL.
Customer attention and compliance with shop opening hours need to be improved. Over the years I have often found the shop closed at times when it was indicated as open (from times reported by the owner both on Google and on the shop door).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio fornito di tanti prodotti interessanti, purtroppo l'unica stella va al proprietario molto poco gentile, tratta i clienti come "ladri" chi si posiziona dietro, in silenzio, con sgardo guardino. Entro nel negozio, saluto, lui neppure risponde. Non sono presenti tester e quindi meglio comprare on line (magari sono presenti anche sconti) se il profumo non è possibile annusarlo. Non vi rientrerò mai più
Shop stocked with many interesting products, unfortunately the only star goes to the very unkind owner, he treats customers like "thieves" who stands behind, in silence, with a look at them. I go into the shop, say hello, he doesn't even answer. There are no testers and therefore better to buy online (perhaps there are also discounts) if the perfume cannot be smelled. I will never go back there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is like being in wonderland : you can find everything you need and more. The products are accurately chosen and of great quality.
The landlord is kind and professional; he is leaving the customers going around the shop not bothering us.
However, if you ask a suggestion, he is going to give it. He gave me to try so good products for my hair.
I am really happy to have found it after lock down :)
