★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza deludente! Ho acquistato un pigiama qualche mese fa, ma l'ho aperto solo in questi giorni perché era molto pesante e quindi da utilizzare per il pieno inverno. Aprendo la scatola, mi sono accorta che la maglia era taglia 48 e i pantaloni erano taglia 44 perché non era consentito misurarlo al momento dell'acquisto in negozio. Ovviamente non avevo conservato lo scontrino dopo tanto tempo e si sono letteralmente rifiutati di farmi il cambio di un prodotto a tutti gli effetti difettoso e per un errore dovuto all'incompetenza della commessa.
Disappointing experience! I bought a pajama a few months ago, but I only opened it these days because it was very heavy and therefore to be used for the middle of winter. Opening the box, I realized that the shirt was size 48 and the pants were size 44 because it was not allowed to measure it at the time of purchase in the store. Obviously I had not kept the receipt after a long time and they literally refused to exchange a product for all purposes defective and due to an error due to the incompetence of the order.
