Ho fatto il grave errore di comprare qualche prodotto, per ritrovarmi assillata dai vostri venditori che con insistenza continuavano a propormi settimanalmente la vostra roba. Non discuto la qualità ma i prezzi sono eccessivi. Dopo mesi di "senti se ho bisogno di qualcosa chiamo io" mi sono trovata il venditore alla porta, che è riuscito anche ad attaccarsi al campanello ANCHE per mezz'ora. Alla fine sono riuscita a farli smettere di passare e pensavo di essermi tolta dalle scatole la Bofrost, ma no! sono iniziate le continuative telefonate dal centralino circa 6/7 al giorno. Inutile nn rispondere chiamano allo sfinimento in orario di lavoro. Ora ho fatto il reclamo al numero verde ma se riceverò anche solo un volantino cercherò di tutelare la mia libertà e la mia privacy. sPERO DI NON RIVEDERLI E RISENTIRLI MAI PIU! If I could give zero stars I would. I made the serious mistake of buying some product, only to find myself pestered by your salespeople who persistently continued to offer me your stuff weekly. I don't dispute the quality but the prices are excessive. After months of "listen if I need something I'll call" I found myself the salesman at the door, who also managed to hang on to the bell for EVEN for half an hour. In the end I managed to get them to stop passing and I thought I got the Bofrost out of the box, but no! the continuous phone calls from the switchboard began about 6/7 a day. Needless to answer, they call to exhaustion during working hours. Now I have made the complaint to the toll-free number but if I receive even just a flyer I will try to protect my freedom and my privacy. I HOPE NOT TO SEE THEM AND NEVER HEAR THEM AGAIN!
