 My experience is absolutely positive thanks to the Bodytec team I have lost weight, I have no excuse to give up physical activity without neglecting work and family because I can independently book my sessions at any time of the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato una prova gratuita presso il centro Bodytech di Rovigo. L’anamnesi è stata accurata e approfondita, senza avvertire la minima invadenza da parte del coach. Mi sono sentita seguita, capita e guidata durante questo primo approccio. Per quanto riguarda il feed back dell’allenamento, a livello fisico ho sentito subito un lavoro ben fatto ed ho apprezzato molto che tutto il materiale (tutina, asciugamano e ciabatte) sia offerto dalla palestra.
Sto vedendo grandi miglioramenti in poco tempo.
Complessivamente lo trovo un ottimo connubio tra impegno fisico e flessibilità oraria, efficace e gratificante.
I did a free trial at the Bodytech center in Rovigo. The medical history was accurate and thorough, without noticing the slightest intrusiveness on the part of the coach. I felt followed, understood and guided during this first approach. As for the training feed back, on a physical level I immediately felt a job well done and I really appreciated that all the material (onesie, towel and slippers) is offered by the gym.
I am seeing great improvements in a short time.
Overall, I find it an excellent combination of physical commitment and hourly flexibility, effective and rewarding.
