Ormai mi reco da anni e posso affermare che difficilmente se ne trovano altre di questo tipo. Questa palestra è una scuola di pensiero, dedicata a tutti coloro che vogliono "sporcarsi" le mani di ghisa. È dotata di pedana olimpica in legno per effettuare i relativi gesti atletici (strappo, slancio e i propedeutici di questi due).
For all those who love real workouts with Old School machines, they cannot fail to be members of this gym. I have been going there for years and I can say that it is difficult to find others of this type. This gym is a school of thought, dedicated to all those who want to "get their hands dirty" with cast iron. It is equipped with an Olympic wooden platform to carry out the related athletic gestures (jerk, throw and the preparatory of these two).
