Leider ist die Haltestange bei sehr sehr starkem Wind verbogen. (Von uns falsch montiert). Die Reklamation wurden ohne Diskussion akzeptiert und wir haben einen kostenlosem Ersatz bekommen. MULTO BENE
Am thrilled! Bought a parasol there. 240cm for 39 €. Good quality with UV protection. Advice competent and friendly. Unfortunately, the handrail is bent in very, very strong winds. (Incorrectly assembled by us). The complaint was accepted without discussion and we received a free replacement. MULTO BENE
