Peccato perché sembravano all'altezza, tecnicamente parlando.
Ciò detto, in un negozio incasinato non si torna, no?
We visited it for a quote and, although they asked us for a couple of days to produce it, it never got there. At our request for an explanation, we were laconically replied that "they were too messed up".
Too bad because they seemed up to par, technically speaking.
That said, you don't go back to a messed-up shop, right?
