★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elena e Nicola Lorusso, gestori del negozio, sono stti molto cortesi e disponibili sia durante la visita presso il negozio (che hanno aperto appositamente per noi il 16 Agosto - unica data che avevamo a disposizione per visitarlo) sia una volta effettuata la consegna.
Uno dei prodotti acquistati (un divano) presentava infatti un taglio su un bracciolo - dovuto probabilmente a uno sballaggio maldestro del prodotto ad opera del montatore.
Seppure con tempi un po' lunghi, il bracciolo è stato tuttavia sostituito direttamente presso il nostro domicilio (Roma) senza costi aggiuntivi.
Per questi motivi mi sento di consigliare calorosamente questo punto vendita.

Elena and Nicola Lorusso, shop managers, were very courteous and helpful both during the visit to the store (which opened specifically for us on August 16th - the only date we had available to visit) and once the delivery was made.
One of the products purchased (a sofa) presented a cut on an armrest - probably due to a clumsy unpacking of the product by the fitter.
Although with rather long times, the armrest was however replaced directly at our home (Rome) at no additional cost.
For these reasons I would warmly recommend this store.
