★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo capitati per caso in questa pizzeria, non conoscendo altri posti abbiamo voluto provare... e ci è andata più che bene.
Il locale si presenta abbastanza essenziale, niente fronzoli, tavoli e sedie, tutto molto semplice.
La prima cosa che mi balza all'occhio è il cartello 'giovedì e venerdì impasto integrale'. Bene, lo voglio provare.
E la volontà è stata davvero ben ripagata, l'impasto della pizza, era davvero molto buono, ben lievitato e ben maturo, leggermente croccante fuori e molto leggero all'interno. Provato con una margherita con bufala mi ha dato davvero tanta soddisfazione.
A fine pizza non ho potuto che fare i complimenti al pizzaiolo. Assolutamente da provare.
We happened by chance in this pizzeria, not knowing other places we wanted to try ... and it went very well.
The restaurant is fairly basic, no frills, tables and chairs, all very simple.
The first thing that catches my eye is the sign 'Thursday and Friday wholemeal dough'. Well, I want to try it.
And the will was really well rewarded, the pizza dough was very good, well leavened and well ripe, slightly crunchy on the outside and very light on the inside. Tried with a daisy with buffalo has given me a lot of satisfaction.
At the end of the pizza I couldn't help but congratulate the pizza chef. Absolutely to try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante molto accogliente , pizzaiolo n' 1' , non solo la pizza è buonissima , ma" soffice è di facile digeribilita' , cio" significa che l" impasto è di lunga lievitazione, personale educato , molto simpatici è socievoli ,rispecchiano la loro professionalità lavorativa , CONSIGLIO ...!!! DO" 5 ?????
Very welcoming restaurant, pizza chef n '1', not only the pizza is very good, but "soft and easy to digest, that" means that the dough is long leavening, polite staff, very nice and sociable, they reflect their professionalism working, ADVICE ... !!! DO "5 ?????

Se non vuoi sorprese nel gustare una pizza DOC devi andare da BOCCONE FACILE .
vi ripeto andate da boccone facile e chiedete la pizza che AMATE MANGIARE SPESSO ..non assaggiate niente prima...
Mangiate per PRIMO la pizza e poi direte ....
INCREDIBILE E LA PIZZA PIÙ BUONA CHE ABBIA MAI MANGIATO ....se poi direte ad ANTONIO fammi una pizza come sai TU ...
Non ci saranno parole per descrivere il sapore ...ecccccc...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent pizza and excellent service! We visited twice: Once to try the Spaghetti Vongole and once for pizza. Both meals were fantastic and the pizza was especially amazing...we ordered the Boccone (speck, spicy salami and grilled eggplant) and Croccante (prosciutto, croquettes and bechamel sauce). Both had the perfect combination of flavour and texture. Yum! Antonio, Anna and their daughters are great hosts!
