Ho pagato delle rose rosse 12€ l'una, ne ho ordinate una dozzina, e mi sono state recapitate incartate in un foglio di cellophane con tanto di condensa. Nemmeno un nastro, nulla. Penso che nemmeno ai banchi di fiori al cimitero di Prima Porta si sarebbero comportati cosi. Come fare una bruttissima figura il giorno di San Valentino pur spendendo 144€. Pensavo dalle recensioni lette di essermi affidata ad un fioraio competente ed invece sono rimasta totalmente delusa. Bad service. I paid red roses 12 € each, I ordered a dozen, and I was delivered wrapped in a sheet of cellophane with a lot of condensation. Not even a tape, nothing. I think that not even the flower stands at the cemetery of Prima Porta would have behaved like this. How to make a very bad figure on Valentine's day while spending € 144. Bouquet da sposa inguardabile per stessa ammissione dei suoi collaboratori ( gentili e disponibili) . Sottolineo che la lamentela non riguarda ne la qualità ne il costo dei fiori ma...avete presente i mazzetti di asparagi o di verdure del fruttivendolo... così era il bouquet da sposa secondo l’estro del sig. Bocchi. Un consiglio: non accetti ordini che non può soddisfare ,il giorno del matrimonio è speciale per ogni sposa e non può essere rovinato dall’ingordigia del guadagno. Sanno il fatto loro e come accontentare qualunque tipo di clientela, che sia per qualcosa di classico o qualcosa di più eccentrico il risultato è sempre lo stesso: un tocco unico e di grande impatto. Boquet, allestimento eventi, gioielli di fiori freschi, ma anche che si tratti di una "semplice" pianta da appartamento e non, da regalare a qualcuno oppure a se stessi, da BOCCHI si trovano specie che provengono da tutto il mondo ed è un attimo che si passa dall'Olanda al Brasile, dall'Egitto all'Italia solo con un fiore. Ovviamente la qualità si paga, ma ogni centesimo è ben speso, perché lui sa, come farti fare davvero un figurone, a prescinde dall'occasione. Tutto questo accompagnato da un sorriso. BOCCHI è una certezza perché ci mettono passione e si vede in ogni composizione ??? "Saying it with a flower" is not enough!
