Di fianco c’era il numero da chiamare, risponde subito ragazzo gentilissimo che è subito venuto sul posto, scusandosi dell’inconveniente, dandoci il prodotto che ci spettava e regalandoci anche altre cose da provare per scusarsi dell’inconveniente (qualità ottima)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Не міг розібратися з автоматом, після чого зателефонував власнику, номер біля автомату роздкуковано. Я не знаю Італійської мови, почав вивчати але знаю поки тільки числа та трохи різних слів. Я зміг пояснити власнику що у мене виникли проблеми в користуванні . Він сказав почекати 20 хвинил, але приїхав через 15, що уже було дуже приемно. Пояснив як користуватися а також подарував багато чого безкоштовно. Від тепер це у мене улюблене місце яке планую відвідувати коли буду проїздом біля Болоньї.
