Il venditore mi ha descritto le condizioni dell'auto e con onestà mi ha raccontato la storia del veicolo.
Quindi, mi sono recato presso l'esposizione per visionare l'auto.
Il sig. Ferdinando ha risposto cortesemente a tutte le domande che gli ho posto e mi ha fatto fare un giro di prova, benchè mi fossi presentato senza appuntamento.
Il venditore non ha mai dato l'impressione di voler forzare il cliente ed è stato disponibile da subito a conconcordare i dettagli della vendita, che abbiamo concluso il giorno stesso, previo versamento di una piccola caparra.
Al momento della consegna la vettura superava le mie aspettative, in quanto, oltre a quanto concordato, hanno provveduto a sistemare dei piccoli graffi sui cerchi.
Insieme ai documenti dell'auto mi hanno consegnato la relazione tecnica del gommista che ha effetuato la verifica dell'assetto.
Sono stato pienamente soddisfatto anche sotto l'aspetto amministrativo, in quanto hanno provveduto a tutte le pratiche necessarie come: revisione e passagio di proprietà.
Ottimo anche il servizio post-vendita con un intervento in garanzia effetuato senza alcuna spesa a mio carico.

Mr. Ferdinando kindly answered all the questions I asked him and gave me a test drive, even though I showed up without an appointment.
The seller never gave the impression of wanting to force the customer and was immediately available to agree on the details of the sale, which we concluded the same day, upon payment of a small deposit.
At the time of delivery the car exceeded my expectations, as, in addition to what was agreed, they arranged for small scratches on the rims.
Together with the car documents, they gave me the technical report of the tire dealer who carried out the set-up check.
I was also fully satisfied under the administrative aspect, as they took care of all the necessary practices such as: revision and transfer of ownership.
The after-sales service is also excellent, with a warranty intervention carried out at no cost to me.
