★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presso la bnl di Spoleto ho trovato un'ottima assistenza per i clienti. Disponibilità, gentilezza e competenza per le informazioni da me richieste. Tutto l'opposto di quanto purtroppo trovato nella mia agenzia di Roma appio /tuscolana dove ho dovuto attendere ben due ore all'esterno, in assembramento all'esterno della banca sotto periodo covid con una folla di persone in attesa causa non funzionamento della cassa continua . Solo dopo aver minacciato di chiamare i carabinieri mi hanno fatto accedere ma sono rimasta in attesa altre 2 h per ritirare un libretto di assegni che neanche mi volevano rilasciare. Pessima agenzia. Bnl di Spoleto invece la consiglio vivamente perché mi ha colpito la grande cortesia mostrata dall'impiegata. Se fosse possibile aggiungerei un'altra stella per distinguere il mio alto grado di soddisfazione
 At the bnl of Spoleto I found excellent customer care. Availability, kindness and competence for the information I requested. All the opposite of what unfortunately found in my agency in Rome appio / tuscolana where I had to wait two hours outside, gathering outside the bank under the covid period with a crowd of people waiting due to non-functioning of the continuous cash desk . Only after threatening to call the carabinieri did they let me in but I waited another 2 hours to collect a checkbook that they didn't even want to release me. Bad agency. Bnl di Spoleto, on the other hand, I highly recommend it because I was struck by the great courtesy shown by the employee. If it were possible I would add another star to distinguish my high degree of satisfaction
