★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo avviato nel marzo 2019 una pratica di successione, oggi a distanza di piu' di un anno scopriamo che nonostante i ripetuti solleciti alla direzione , la pratica non e' ancora conclusa per negligenza di tutto il personale, addirittura il decesso non era ancora stato comunicato alla compagnia di assicurazione riteniamo la filiale pessima nel rapporto con la clientela.

Spero prenderete presto provvedimenti, se non vorrete chiudere questa filiale sono sicurissima sono stati sempre loro a cliccarsi le 5 stelle perché qui ad Ancona sono mal visti da tutti. Non capiscono niente. Ma ripeto la pecca peggiore la signora direttrice.
