★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si dimenticano di fare le pratiche che uno richiede e poi ti chiamano dicendo che le condizioni sono cambiate, in peggio ovviamente, cercano di arrampicarsi agli specchi con mille scuse.
Sconsigliatissima!!!!!
They forget to do the practices that one requires and then they call you saying that the conditions have changed, for the worse of course, they try to climb the mirrors with a thousand excuses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filiale scandalosa da qualche anno, da quando è cambiato il direttore e il vice, 8 mesi per una rinegoziazione del mutuo con tassi quasi usurai rispetto al mercato (sotto 1%) dal 3,15 al 2%, per non parlare della superficialità e non professionalità.

Non consiglierei questa filiale e tanto meno la banca in questione a chi ha tempi stretti perché con il personale che che si ritrova la filiale, uno entra con un problema e ne esce con due
