★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio clienti praticamente assente, chiami in filiale ma nessuno risponde per giorni. ti rechi in filiale perché al telefono, giustamente non risponde nessuno, esponi il problema e ti dicono di chiamare il numero verde. Incompetenza allo stato puro. vergognoso.
Customer service virtually absent, call the branch but no one answers for days. you go to the branch because on the phone, rightly nobody answers, expose the problem and tell you to call the toll-free number. Pure incompetence. shameful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una filiale gestita da un direttore assolutamente non all'altezza del suo compito. Mai trasparente negli atti d'ufficio e che serba rancore presso i clienti che gli hanno fatto notare, con garbo, che non è così che un funzionario di banca si deve comportare. Evitate questa filiale.
A branch managed by a director who absolutely does not live up to his task. Never transparent in official documents and that grudges customers who have pointed out to him politely that this is not how a bank official should behave. Avoid this branch.
