Praticamente la peggiore Banca con cui possiate trovarvi ad avere a che fare, sia per le cose semplici come un banalissimo prelievo, sia i tecnicismi di chiusura conto, sia la trasparenza di alcuni dipendenti. Sono riuscito a venire a capo della chiusura del conto solo per intercessione di un amico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filiale di Formia ormai in decadenza completa e costante ⚠️. Disinformazione, incompetenza e superficialità sono le caratteristiche che ad oggi contraddistinguono questa filiale. Ti accolgono (se va bene) con sorrisi e ti fanno accomodare, ma alla fine quello che dicono non corrisponde al vero. Si vantano tanto di essere meglio di una banca on line (e per questo li ho sempre preferiti) ma dopo gli ultimi avvenimenti forse è meglio preferire la banca on line. La differenza di costo di un conto non è per nulla giustificata. Chi si trova a rispondere lo fa senza cognizione di causa e a questo punto è inutile ?. Senza contare che il parcheggio non esiste.
Formia branch now in complete and constant decline ⚠️. Misinformation, incompetence and superficiality are the characteristics that today distinguish this branch. They welcome you (if that's okay) with smiles and make you sit down, but in the end what they say is not true. They pride themselves on being better than an online bank (and for this reason I have always preferred them) but after the latest events perhaps it is better to prefer the online bank. The difference in the cost of an account is not justified at all. Whoever finds himself answering does so without knowledge of the facts and at this point it is useless ?. Not to mention that there is no parking.

Da quando le casse sono state eliminate e le relative operazioni vanno effettuate esclusivamente presso l'atm, i due dispositivi posti all'interno sono spesso, molto spesso non funzionanti. Il disservizio che ne consegue è enorme. Dopo 33 anni che ho il conto presso la bnl, sono costretta a spostarlo.
The Formia branch works little and badly. The resulting disservice is enormous. After 33 years that I have the account with the bnl, I am forced to move it.
