★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispettano gli appuntamenti. Il direttore Rizzoli da la disponibilità per gli appuntamenti ma poi non è in sede e non hanno nemmeno la decenza di avvisare le persone. Scandaloso per una banca come la BNL, intervenite o perderanno parecchi clienti.
They don't respect appointments. The director Rizzoli gives availability for appointments but then he is not on site and they do not even have the decency to notify people. Scandalous for a bank like BNL, you intervene or they will lose several customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutti approssimativi, sono 20 anni che ho il conto con loro e ho sopportato davvero di tutto solo per l'ottimo rapporto che avevo com direttore. Da quando la mia figura di fiducia non c'è più è stato un continuo di problemi, ritardi, informazioni non dette, e il personale di filiale è divenuto strafottente e al limite della maleducazione. Oggi, giorno della vigilia l'ennesimo disservizio/ostruzione per un'operazione che fino a poco tempo fa scorreva liscia. E naturalmente la gentilezza se la sono dimenticata a casa.
NON FATE COME ME CHE SONO BRIGOSO, CAMBIATE BANCA.
All approximate, I have had the bill with them for 20 years and I really endured everything just for the excellent relationship I had with the director. Ever since my trusted figure is gone, it has been a continuum of problems, delays, unspoken information, and branch staff have become arrogant and bordering on rudeness. Today, day before, yet another disservice / obstruction for an operation that until recently ran smoothly. And of course I forgot kindness at home.
