Cambio di direttori continuo, disservizi totali e non parlo durante questa emergenza.
Ho chiesto di disinvestire delle quote il giorno 2 marzo e mi hanno dato appuntamento il giorno 9 quando per legge i disinvestimenti di azioni devono avvenire nel momento stesso in cui una persona decide di farlo.
A voi lascio immaginare quanto ho potuto perdere con le brillanti decisioni della banca nel rimandare il disinvestimento di 7 giorni.
Delusione totale
