★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Livello di sevizio pessimo. Non è possibile parlare con la filiale, chi risponde è centralizzato e forse un call center e mi sembra poco informato. Buona la cortesia, ma scarsa l'efficacia.

Gli uffici sono tutti ai piani superiori accessibili solo da una scala ripida e stretta ! Deambulo con ausilio delle stampelle ho chiesto se un dipendente poteva scendere per la mia operazione la risposta io nn posso scendere sali tu! Oppure vai in un altra agenzia VERGOGNA!
Very bad experience, zero availability and no ridiculous assistance writing wheelchair access! The offices are all on the upper floors accessible only by a steep and narrow staircase! Walking with crutches I asked if an employee could get off for my operation I can't get off you! Or go to another agency SHAME!
