Only one experience, honestly not positive. Left address after a long appointment, I was never called back. I changed branches, even though it may have been the lack of it once. The staff are however nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto efficienti soprattutto in periodi come questo. Filiale non molto affollata con l'attesa di un quarto d'ora si riesce ad arrivare davanti allo spertello. Personale preparato e disponibile e soprattutto molto professionale. Consigliata.
Very efficient especially in times like this. Branch not very crowded with the wait of a quarter of an hour you can get in front of the spertello. Staff prepared and available and above all very professional. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato in questa filiale per la rigenerazione del pin di accesso alla home banking. Dopo la compilazione dei moduli, hanno interrotto l'operazione dicendo che la firma sul modulo era completamente difforme da quella depositata. Al che sono rimasto meravigliato visto che firmo nella stessa maniera da 30 anni. Il pomeriggio stesso sono andato in un'altra agenzia dove ho concluso con successo l'operazione in 5 minuti. Ho chiesto all'impiegato della firma e mi ha risposto che invece erano completamente coerenti. Si vede che non gli andava di fare l'operazione....
I went to this branch for the regeneration of the home banking access pin. After filling out the forms, they stopped the operation saying that the signature on the form was completely different from the one filed. At which I was amazed as I have been signing the same way for 30 years. The same afternoon I went to another agency where I successfully completed the operation in 5 minutes. I asked the clerk about the signature and he said they were completely consistent. You can see that he didn't want to have the operation ....
