Al telefono non rispondono mai, le poche volte che hanno risposto con aria da sufficienza ti rispondono quasi scocciati che certe informazioni sono scontate... Dovevo attivare dei buoni che mi spettavano x apertura conto, non solo mi hanno dato info non veritiere ma incomplete, nel richiederle sono passati i termini x riscuotere i suddetti buoni. Sorprese continue da semplici commissioni non comunicate, ma poi ovviamente addebitate a assicurazioni sulla casa non richieste!!! Purtroppo devo restare a causa del mutuo... Altrimenti mai più!!!
Slowness, never punctual for appointments, a discovery / rip-off per day ... On the phone they never answer, the few times they have responded with an air of sufficient response they almost reply that some information is taken for granted ... I had to activate coupons that I they were entitled to account opening, not only did they give me untruthful but incomplete info, in asking for them the terms passed to collect the aforementioned vouchers. Continuous surprises from simple commissions not communicated, but then obviously charged to unrequested home insurance !!! Unfortunately I have to stay because of the mortgage ... Otherwise never again !!!
