★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale sotto la media. Prendevo appuntamenti e non venivo accolto da nessuno e quindi permessi di lavoro andati in fumo per la scarsa professionalità. Chiuso il conto ed ancora sto attendendo da circa 2 mesi che lo facciano e intanto continuano a prendere il canone mensile dal mio conto che non dovrebbe più esistere. Che schifo!
Staff below average. I made appointments and was not welcomed by anyone and therefore work permits went up in smoke due to lack of professionalism. Closed my account and I have been waiting for about 2 months for them to do so and in the meantime they continue to take the monthly fee from my account that should no longer exist. How disgusting!

Ogni giorno file di gente ed una sola cassiera a lavoro.
VERGOGNOSI
3 months to pay off a loan and another 2 months to close the account, not to mention the management costs
Every day there are lines of people and only one cashier at work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso appuntamento alle 10,30 con il numero unico che risponde da tutta Italia per avere informazioni sull'apertura di 2 conti correnti, arrivati in banca alle 10,28. Aspettato 20 minuti che qualcuno ci ricevesse, ma la pazienza ha un limite. Per sentirmi trattato così vuol dire che non hanno bisogno di clienti.
Appointed at 10.30 with the single number that answers from all over Italy for information on the opening of 2 current accounts, arrived at the bank at 10.28. Waited 20 minutes for someone to receive us, but patience has a limit. To feel treated like this means that they don't need customers.
