★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bnl quasi vicino casa molto utile per far i prelievi senza pagare commissioni anche se mi sembra un assurdità questa cosa devo pagare per prendere i miei soldi da un altro sportello che non è bnl una volta non c'era questa commissione ritoglietela perfavore invece de favori clienti correntisti da anni gli andate a sfavore
Bnl almost close to home very useful to make withdrawals without paying commissions even if it seems absurd to me this thing I have to pay to take my money from another branch that is not bnl once there was not this commission take it off instead of favors customers Current account holders have been against you for years

BULGARI....e forse BULGARI fa prezzi più vantaggiosi!
Correntista da anni..sono riusciti a farmi chiudere il conto per la pessima organizzazione e voglia di lavorare pari a 0
Per parlare con il direttore ogni volta è un dilemma...sempre impegnato.
Comunque dopo una situazione non risolta e trattato con poco rispetto come cliente
Ho deciso di chiudere definitivamente il conto
Ho visto il cambiamento negli ultimi 10 anni in questa banca
Dove è sempre più vuota e meno trafficata di persone...sembrerebbe che si sono scelti i clienti migliori forse l'elite,trascurando tutto il resto della clientela

I have decided to permanently close the account
I have seen the change over the past 10 years in this bank
Where it is increasingly empty and less trafficked with people ... it would seem that the best customers have been chosen, perhaps the elite, neglecting all the rest of the customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manca di personale ed ha un solo sportello aperto. Alle 10:30 c'è stata la "pausa caffè" che ha causato la chiusura temporanea dell'unico sportello operativo e di ogni ufficio sul retro. Situazione? Clienti in attesa della fine di questa pausa e nessuno che stesse all'interno della banca al di fuori del direttore. Chapeau...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fortunatamente non ho, e certamente non avrò mai, rapporti con questa Banca. Presentatomi stamattina per pagare un bollettino MAV BNL, entravo e notavo subito un'assenza di personale. Unico impiegato che, con nonchalance, parlava tranquillamente al telefono di questioni personali. Dopo diversi minuti venivo invitato ad avvicinarmi. Il MAV che dovevo pagare era senza commissioni, ma, stranamente, anche se l'importo era di 123,11 €, mi venivano richiesti 123,50 €.
Fortunately, I have no, and certainly never will have, relations with this bank. I showed up this morning to pay a MAV BNL bulletin, I went in and immediately noticed an absence of staff. The only employee who, nonchalantly, spoke quietly on the phone about personal matters. After several minutes I was invited to come over. The MAV I had to pay was commission-free, but strangely enough, even though the amount was € 123.11, I was asked for € 123.50.
