★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante fossi cliente da circa 10 anni (insieme ad altri componenti della mia famiglia) alla richiesta di un mutuo si sono dimostrati incompetenti, la responsabile ha affidato la pratica a un signore che dopo aver ricevuto tutto i documenti se ne è fregato altamente della pratica, ci ha risposto dopo mesi di chiamate continue che aveva caricato la pratica nel modo sbagliato.. un livello di incompetenza altissimo.. cambierò sicuramente banca a breve
Although I had been a customer for about 10 years (together with other members of my family) they proved incompetent when applying for a mortgage, the manager entrusted the file to a gentleman who, after receiving all the documents, did not give a damn about the practice, he answered us after months of continuous calls that he had loaded the file in the wrong way .. a very high level of incompetence .. I will definitely change bank soon
