★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza su questione seria e grave e urgente.Sono 2 giorni che cerco di contattare uno dei responsabili su numero fornito dal servizio clienti. Numero di cellulare perchè le filiali mi hanno detto non hanno più un fisso ( affermazione servizio clienti). Numero suona non rispondono. Inviato sms nessuna risposta. Ho ritrovato il bancomat di loro cliente. Bancomat contactless pertanto abilitato a prelievi senza codice. Credo il proprietario del bancomat sarebbe più felice e tranquillo di sapere che il suddetto bancomat non è in mano a qualcuno di disonesto. Non sono cliente ma il giorno in cui dovessi scegliere altra banca non sceglierei questa.
Bad experience on serious and serious and urgent matter. I have been trying to contact one of the managers on the number provided by the customer service for 2 days. Mobile number because the branches told me they no longer have a landline (customer service claim). Number rings do not respond. No text message sent. I found their client's ATM. Contactless ATMs therefore enabled to withdraw without code. I think the owner of the ATM would be happier and more relaxed to know that the said ATM is not in the hands of someone dishonest. I am not a customer but the day I had to choose another bank I would not choose this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La BNL più inutilizzabile del Piemonte probabilmente. Bancomat quasi sempre fuori uso e personale, come ieri, scortese, che sbuffa o fa finta di niente davanti a clienti che ripetutamente chiedono spiegazioni in merito. Complimenti
Probably the most unusable BNL in Piedmont. ATM almost always out of order and personal, like yesterday, rude, snorting or pretending nothing in front of customers who repeatedly ask for explanations. Well done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Speaking for the atm's, this place is amazing. I've been using this place for a long time. And the atm room is 24/7 open. I have never seen a lack of receipt or cash here. Always working properly. Always without errors. Safe. But there is one little thing, instead of the door which opens to the atm room opening only with bnl cards, it opens when you just press a button. So the card inserting/reading machine is just standing there for nothing.
