★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come prestiti e il personale a seguire i clienti secondo me è la numero uno, però non può avere solo una cassa aperta. Non è accettabile per lo meno quando ci sono più di 10 correntisti in loco che devono fare un operazione.

Ho richiesto un incontro on line (skype, zoom, meet), ma non sono dotati di strumenti per farlo, imbarazzante, quando tutti (scolari compresi) sono costretti a fare riunioni dietro ad un pc. Risposta per la mia pratica richiesta: no, perché non potremo poi venderle altri prodotti. L'unico commento è non commentare.

Una cosa que me ha gustado mucho ha sido que disponen de un elevador para silla de ruedas que ayuda al público minusvalido a subir hasta el lugar donde se realizan las operaciones. Un buen detalle que, en mi opinión, hace ganar muchos puntos positivos a la entidad.
He serves his clientele very well. One thing that I liked a lot was that they have a wheelchair lift that helps the disabled public to go up to the place where the operations are carried out. A good detail that, in my opinion, makes the entity win many positive points.
