★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato in quella sede di recente , per atti burocratici, durante la lunga attesa in sede, ho chiesto di poter utilizzare un bagno avendo davvero bisogno e mi è stato negato. È possibile che un cliente venga trattato in così malo modo? Possibile che una banca sia priva di servizi per il pubblico? Poco professionali e poco rispettosi della clientela; senza contare che nessuno degli impiegati ,almeno di sicuro la persona che ha curato la mia pratica, mi ha accolto , acolto per cosi dire, senza indossare la mascherina. Non si meraviglino i signori di questa sede e, soprattutto il direttore se poi i clienti optano per altre banche .

Rispettosi verso loro e sopratutto devono essere ben EDUCATI ... e se aprite alle 2 e 30 perché i vostri dipendenti dicono alla gente alle 2 45 ...
