★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concessionario totalmente inaffidabile!!! Concordato appuntamento il giovedì per visionare una moto in conto vendita al sabato. Confermata l'opzione da parte dell'ufficio vendita, mi reco dal concessionario in prima mattinata partendo dalla Liguria, percorrendo 300 km. Con incredibile sorpresa mi dicono che la moto è stata stata ritirata per fermo amministrativo. Rimango basito!!! Dopo alcune domande con risposte evasive, capisco che era in corso il solito giochino per sottrarla a me e venderla a terzi. Ho contattato anche le forze dell'ordine per eventuali verifiche. Un viaggio a vuoto e una giornata di lavoro persa, questo è il risultato. Una figura meschina da parte del concessionario, che si è anche rifiutato di compensarmi, almeno le spese viaggio. La moralità , la serietà e la dignità sono virtù che non gli appartengono!
Totally unreliable dealer !!! Appointment agreed on Thursday to view a motorcycle on consignment on Saturday. Confirmed the option by the sales office, I go to the dealer in the early morning starting from Liguria, covering 300 km. With incredible surprise they tell me that the bike has been withdrawn due to administrative detention. I am thrilled !!! After a few questions with evasive answers, I understand that the usual game was in progress to steal it from me and sell it to third parties. I also contacted the police for any checks. An empty trip and a lost day of work, this is the result. A petty figure on the part of the dealer, who also refused to compensate me, at least for the travel expenses. Morality, seriousness and dignity are virtues that do not belong to him!

My K1600GS SE front wheel bearing collapsed enroute to the UK. I was recover to BMW Motorrad Grosseto. The staff were so helpfull and thoughtful, they looked after me and my collegue above and beyond the call of duty. The technician Lorenzo was amazing I cannot that them enough for thier help and proffesionalism.
