I ragazzi al banco sono velocissimi e ben formati, consigliano i prodotti migliori, rapporto qualità/prezzo al top!le segretarie molto gentili e veloci per quanto riguarda bolle e fatture! Lo consiglio!
 A point of reference for auto parts, commercial vehicles and partly even heavy vehicles. The guys at the counter are very fast and well trained, they recommend the best products, quality / price ratio at the top! The secretaries are very kind and fast as far as bills and invoices are concerned! I advise!

Per quanto riguarda i prezzi non superano la concorrenza on-line

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente mi sono sempre trovato bene, spendendo spesso molto meno di quello che faceva pagare lo stesso pezzo "l'assistenza ufficiale" della casa costruttrice della mia automobile, trovando (almeno fino ad ora) tutto quello che mi serviva per piccole parti danneggiate, in particolare gli specchietti, delle varie automobili che ho avuto. Ho sempre trovato buoni consigli, per risparmiare ma utilizzare allo stesso tempo prodotti di qualità.
Non molto facili da trovare, la prima volta
Personally, I have always found myself well, often spending much less than what the same "official assistance" of the manufacturer of my car paid for, finding (at least until now) everything I needed for small damaged parts, in especially the mirrors, of the various cars I have had. I have always found good advice, to save but use quality products at the same time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato di martedì mattina, solo una postazione per la clientela privata, due per i professionisti. Due persone dietro al banco.
La persona davanti a me reclamava per un prodotto difettoso, il commesso che la girava per le lunghe e senza fretta di arrivare al punto. L'ambiente non è piccolo ma per le regole anticovid massimo 3 persone dentro, ho aspettato mezz'ora per un acquisto di 3 minuti compreso il pagamento.
Durante l'attesa ho visto un paio di professionisti arrivare e poco dopo ripartire verso altri ricambisti..
A questo punto è ovvio che se sceglievo un negozio online oltre a risparmiare sul costo ( circa un 35%) non avevo la rottura di andare in negozio, aspettare all'infinito,e rientrare a casa..

The person in front of me was complaining about a defective product, the salesman who wandered it for long and unhurried to get to the point. The environment is not small but for the anticovid rules maximum 3 people inside, I waited half an hour for a 3-minute purchase including payment.
While I was waiting, I saw a couple of professionals arrive and shortly after leaving for other spare parts dealers ..
At this point it is obvious that if I chose an online store in addition to saving on the cost (about 35%) I didn't have the trouble to go to the store, wait indefinitely, and go home ..
